FOUND SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES IN UNIT THAT WOULD NEED TO BE ADDRESSED, 2318 B, WEST SIDE OF STRUCTURE, COOLER STAND MADE OF WOOD DETERIORATED AND LISTING ALSO COOLER SITTING ON A CEMENT BLOCK ON WOOD STAND, COOLER HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND BEING PLUGED INTO A KITCHEN RECEPTICLE WITH CORD JUST HANGING THERE, SCREEN DOOR DETERIORATED AND HAS NO BOTTOM SUPPORT TO IT, FRONT DOOR HAS NO DOOR HANDLE JUST A DEAD BOLT TO SECURE THE DOOR, ALSO WITH OUT DOOR HANDLE CREATES A EGRESS PROBLEM, FRONT DOOR WEATHER STRIPPING DETERIORATED AND OR MISSING, KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN DOES NOT WORK, KITCHEN RECEPTICLES BY SINK NOT GFCI PROTECTED, BATH ROOM EXHAUST FAN DOES NOT WORK, BATH ROOM LIGHT DOES NOT WORK, BATH SINK FIXTURE LACKING HOT WATER TO FIXTURE, BATH HAS NO GFCI PROTECTION, BED ROOM WINDOWS ARE SCREWED IN THE CLOSED POSITION, NO EGRESS FROM BEDROOM, NO SMOKE DETECTORS INSTALLED, UNIT, 2320 B, THIS IS ON EAST END OF STRUCTURE, DONE INSP. VERY DIRTY UNIT, UNIT HAS NO COOLING, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, SHOWER LEAKS ON TO KITCHEN FLOOR WHEN USED, COLD WATER DOES NOT WORK AT BATH FIXTURE, UNIT HAS SECURITY BARS ON ALL WINDOWS NOT ALLOWING FOR RAPID EGRESS IN CASE OF FIRE OR PANIC, RESIDENT STATES THAT THERE ARE NO OTHER ISSUES IN UNIT. THERE IS A SHED IN REAR PART OF YARD, THIS HAS BEEN ENCLOSED WITH PLYWOOD ON THE SIDES AND A MOBIL HOME ALUMINUM AWNING FOR A ROOF WITH ALUMINUM SUPPORT POST THIS SHED ALSO HAS ELECTRICITY TO IT AND DONE IN A HAZARDOUS MANNER, RUNNING FROM HOUSE PORCH LIGHT FIXTURE ACROSS THE YARD AND ABOUT 6' ABOVE GROUND AND ALL ROMEX COVERING HAS DETERIORATED EXPOSING ALL WIRES, PORCH LIGHT HAS HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL INSTALLED, ALSO HAS EXPOSED WIRING AT ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX, SAME PANEL BOX MISSING DEAD PANEL COVER, SAME PANEL BOX HAS TO SMALL OF WIRING #14 CONNECTED TO 30 AMP.
