RESIDENT STATED THAT SHE IS STAYING WITH HER SISTER WHO LIVES UP STAIRS AND DOES NOT STAY IN UNIT, ALL READY HAS RENTED ANOTHER APT. AT COPPER CREEK APT. UNIT 3-D JUST WAITING FOR FRIEND WITH A TRUCK TO MOVE FURNITURE, POSTED UNIT DUE TO NO POWER UNFIT TO OCCUPY. TALKED WITH MGMT. AND HE STATED THAT HE IS HAPPY THEY ARE MOVING OUT, AND STATED THAT HE HAS HEARD NOTHING ABOUT SINK LEAKING OR ANY OTHER ISSUES WRONG IN UNIT, WHEN VACATED HE WILL MAKE SURE ALL ISSUES ARE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN DOING REHAB OF UNIT FOR RERENTAL, DID TELL MGMT. I POSTED UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY DUE TO NO ELECTRIC. WILL FAX COPY TO MGMT.
