07/09/2003 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HLOPEZ Approved VISITED SITE, MADE CONTACT WITH ONE OF THE TENANTS. TENANT IN PROCESS OF MOVING OUT DUE TO EVICTION NOTICE MAILED BEFORE 7-1-03. INSPECTION OF UNIT WAS DONE ,SMOKE DETECTOR WORKS IN BEDROOMS, 1 DETECTOR WAS REMOVED BY TENANT IN OPEN AREA BY KITCHEN. FOUND GRAFFITY IN ONE BEDROOM. CLOSET DOORS DAMAGED IN ANOTHER BEDROOM AND BEDROOM DOOR ALSO DAMAGED. ALL ITEMS ARE TENANT RELATED. CONTACTED OWNER INFORMED ME TENANT WERE ON A WEEK TO WEEK AGREEMENT AFTER LEASE WAS ENDED. TENANT HAS RECIVIED NOTICE BY CERTIFIED MAIL & OWNER HAS SIGNED RECITE. SINK WAS CHECKED & NOT CLOGED. COMPLAINT IS INVALID, CLOSE CASE. TENANT WILL BE OUT BY 7/10/03
