LARGE HOLES HAVE BEEN DUG OUT IN BACK YARD & SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH & DEBRIS HAVE BEEN LEFT THOUGH OUT UNIT & PROPERTY. OWNER WILL FAX NOTES LEFT BY TENANT & PICTURES THAT WERE TAKEN. UNIT IS VACANT & SECURED AT THIS TIME, CITY HAS NO JURISDICTION ON VACANT & SECRUED STRUCTURES. CLOSE CASE. |
