WORK FROM HE HAS POWER TOOLS THERE AND DOES ODD CONST. JOBS, HE USES SAWS TO DO HIS SIDE JOBS, ALSO HE PUT UP A 8'X8' SHED WHICH HE USES FOR STORAGE AND A BREAK ROOM SUCH AS LUNCHES AND A PLACE TO REST FROM WORK, DOES HAVE AN EXTENSION CORD GOING TO SHED, NO COOLING IN SHED, NO LIGHTING IN SHED HAS BIG CHAIR INSIDE WHERE HE SITS, ALSO HAS T.V. INSIDE I ASKED TODD IF HE IS STAYING IN SHED AND HE STATED NO HE STAYS WITH A FRIEND ON EUCLID AND ELM, SWEARS HE DOES NOT STAY IN SHED I EXPLAINED TO TODD THAT HE CAN NOT STAY IN SHED AND THAT IF FOUND STAYING IN SHED THAT IT WOULD BE POSTED AND THEN IF CAUGHT IN SHED AT NIGHT HE COULD GO TO JAIL, AND CITATION COULD BRING ANN JOHNSON TO COURT, AT THIS TIME I DID NOT POST SHED DUE TO FACT HE STATES HE IS NOT STAYING IN SHED AND HARD TO PROVE HE IS, I WENT AND TALKED WITH ANN JOHNSON AND EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IF FOUND STAYING IN SHED IT'S NOT TODD WHO WOULD GET N.O. AND OR CITATION IT WOULD BE HER AND THAT IF GOES TO COURT IT COULD MEAN A FINE OF ANY WHERE FROM 250.00 UP TO 2,500.00 SHE STATED THAT TODD DOES NOT STAY IN SHED ONLY WORKS FROM THERE, ABOUT 4:00 PM ANN CALLED ME BACK AND DID AT THIS TIME CONFIRM THAT TODD HAS BEEN STAYING IN SHED AT NIGHT, I EXPLAINED TO ANN THAT I WOULD BE COMMING BACK TO PROPERTY AND POSTING THE SHED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND THAT TODD IS NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE SHED, COULD WORK FROM THERE DURING THE DAY BUT NOT SLEEP THERE, I CALLED JUDY AND HAD ASKED IF SHE COULD HELP TODD OUT WITH A PLACE TO STAY AND SHE STATED THAT BECAUSE IT WAS SO LATE IN THE DAY TODD WOULD HAVE TO GO TO PRIMAVERA (SHELTER) FOR THE NIGHT AND THEN CALL JUDY THE NEXT MORNIG AND GO TO TRAVELERS AID FOR HELP I EXPLAINED ALL THIS TO ANN AND TODD, ALSO GAVE TODD JUDY'S NUMBER FOR CONTACT, POSTED UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY. TODD WAS UPSET OVER THIS, ALSO ANN OWNS THE PROPERTY RIGHT BEHIND TO THE SOUTH OF THIS AND IS FULL OF APPLIANACES (ALOT) WILL SET APPT. WITH ANN TO DO INSP. ON THIS PROPERTY ALSO THERE IS A BUILDING IN THE REAR OF THIS PROPERTY THAT APPEARS TO HAVE AN NEW ADDITION BUILT ON TO IT. I THINK THIS WILL BE ANOTHER CASE. WILL BRING IN MARTIN FROM S.W.
