MORENO HAS MOVED TO SEPERATE UNIT IN COMPLEX. MET IN OFFICE WITH NEW OWNER BILL DUNAWAY. HAS NOT NOTICED ANY EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AT ANY TIME IN APT 214. OWNER LIVES ON SITE.
