EXPOSED WIRING AT REAR PORCH, CEILING FIXTURE REAR BEDROOM AND EXTERIOR NORTH WALL MUST BE COVERED TO PREVENT PHYSICAL DAMAGE. 3/4" PVC NORTH EXTERIOR WALL MUST BE PROPERLY SECURED TO WALL. BEDROOM DOOR MUST BE REPLACED. ELECTRICAL SHORT AT LIVING ROOM CIRCUIT TO EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURE. CONVENIENCE OUTLETS AT BOTH BATH SINKS AND KITCHEN SINK ARE NOT OF APPROVED GFCI TYPE. KITCHEN SINK DRAIN IS MISSING PARTS. DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY. AFTER INSPECTION TENANT INFORMED INSPECTOR SHE WAS UNDER SECTION 8. TENANT WILL BE OUT OF HOME ON 1/23/03 AND IS UNDER SECTION 8. NO JURISDICTION AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE.
