TO SITE, I DID TALK WITH OWNER ON SITE, UNIT IS OWNER OCCUPIED, OWNER STATED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE GAS TURNED BACK ON SAME DAY, SHUT DOWN DUE TO NON PAYMENT, DID INSPECTION OF HOUSE AND YARD, CALLED IN SOLID WASTE (MARTIN) FOR ALL THE TRASH AND DEBRIS IN YARD, T.P.D. CALLED AMINAL CONTROL TO REMOVE ALL THE DOGS (6 TO 8), UPON INSP. OF UNIT FOUND SEVERAL ISSUES, NO SMOKE DETECTORS IN UNIT, UNIT HAD WATER LEAK IN MASTER BATH THAT DETERIORATED DRYWALL, MOST OF DRYWALL HAD BEEN REMOVED WHICH EXPOSED 2"X4" STUDS, WATER HAD LEAKED FOR A LONG TIME, OWNER HAS SOME ONE DOING REPAIRS ON WATER LEAK AND DRYWALL REPLACEMENT, DID SHOW UP ON SITE WHEN I WAS THERE TO DO WORK, THERE WAS A PORCH BUILT ON TO THE BACK OF UNIT, IT IS DETERIORATED AND SUPPORT POST BROKEN, EXPLAINED TO OWNER THAT IT WOULD TAKE A PERMIT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE OWNER STATED THAT IT WOULD BE REMOVED, BEDROOM WINDOW HAS WROUGHT IRON ON IT, NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FOR EGREES, ALL SECURITY SCREEN DOORS HAS DOUBLE KEYED DEAD BOLTS ON THEM, KITCHEN LIGHT FIXTURE SOCKET HANGING OUT OF FIXTURE AND HAS EXPOSED WIRING TO SOCKET, ELECTRIC IN FRONT BEDROON DOES NOT WORK, LAUNDRY ROOM WINDOW BROKEN. UNIT HAS ALOT OF CLOTHES, TRASH, DEBRIS ON FLOOR. DONE N.O.V. ON SITE, SMOKE DETECTORS, FIX WATER LEAK AT HOSE BIBB, 24 HOURS, REST OF ISSUES 30 DAYS. TO DO WORK |
