OUTLETS IN KITCHEN.(8) TERMITE DAMAGE TO NORTH WALL OF STRUCTRE.(9)HARDOUS STRUCTURE-CARPORT SUPPORT POST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED & DETERIOURATING IN DANGER OF COLLASPING. REAR STRUCTURE MAY HAVE BEEN A GARAGE AT ONE TIME AND WAS TURNED INTO LIVING SPACE,FRONT UNIT HAS HAD ELECTRICAL UP GRADE ADDITION OF MAIN SHUT OFF, 220 CURCUIT,2 WIRE SYSTEM HAS BEEN ALTERD, REPLACED WITH 3 PRONGE GROUNDED OUTLETS,HEAT PUMP,DUCT WORK, ENCLOSED EXTERIOR DUCT CASE,VENT PIPE & DRAIN PIPE HAVE BEEN ADDED & ALTERD. REFERRAL WILL BE MADE TO D.S.D. & WASTE WATER. SPOKE WITH OWNER ,IS WILLING TO ABATE ALL VIOLATION & WAS INFORMED REAR UNIT COULD NOT BE USED FOR LIVING SPACE TILL PERMENET HEATING & COOLING SYSTEMS ARE INSTALLED & UNIT PASSES MIN-HOUSING INSPECTION BY D.N.R. N OF O A.D.B. WAS ISSUED AND POSTED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. JUDY WAS CONTACTED FOR PLACEMENT OF 2 TENANTS, TENANTS WERE PLACED AND REFERRED TO TRAVLERS AID. CICE CRUZ WAS CONTACTED AND AGREEDED WITH ACESSMENT FOR SHUT DOWN OF UNIT. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. DO FOLLOW UP IN 5 DAYS.
