DONE BY PEST CONTROL STATES 3 CATS, 2 SNAKES, 2 RABITTS & A FERRET WERE PRESENT & SANATATION CONTROL MEASURES NEED TO BE PERFORMED BT TENANT. 0N 10-14-02 HEALTH & SAFETY BREACH NOTICE WAS POSTED AT UNIT, ON 10-18-02 48 HR. NOTICE WAS POSTED FOR EXTERMINATION & TENANT FAILED TO COMPLY. MADE CONTACT WITH TENANT, WHEN DOOR WAS OPENNED BAD ORDER OF URINE AND FECSE AT A HIGH LEVAL. JUNK & DEBRIS SCATTERD THRU OUT UNIT, FOOD STUBS LAYING ON KITCHEN COUNTER & LIVING ROOM FLOOR. PEST CONTROL DUE TO UNCLENLYNESS OF TENANTS. TENANTS STATED THAT UNIT WAS CLEANED EARLEYER. TOOK PICTURE AND INFORMED TENANT, CITY COULD NOT HELP THEM WITH COMPLAINT TILL APT. HAS BEEN CLEANED. SPOKE WITH INSP II RICK SALDATE, AGREED ON INVALID COMPLAINT & WILL CLOSE CASE.
