HOUSING ISSUES, BATH WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN AND THERE IS NO OTHER VENTING SYSTEM, REAR ENTRY DOOR WEATHER STRIPPING DEFECTIVE, SMOKE ALARM INOPERATABLE, KITCHEN FLOOR HAS BROKEN TILES. TALKED WITH ELVISHA LOZADA BY PHONE, APPRISED HER OF SITUTATION AND SHE IS AWARE OF PROBLEM AND HAS CONTACTED QUALIFIED MECHANICAL, CALLED QUALIFIED MECH. AND MET WITH RAY AT PROPERTY, RAY EXPLAINED ALL WHAT IS IN VOLVED, TRYING TO GO TO CITY SEWER WHICE IS ABOUT 340' GOING SOUTH OR 425' GOING NORTH, I ASKED TO HAVE THE SEPTIC PUMPED ON FRIDAY THE SAME DAY I WAS OUT TO ELIMINATE THE OVER FLOWING PROBLEM UNTIL RAY FROM QUALIFIED MECH. COULD FIGURE OUT THE BEST WAY TO MAKE REPAIRS AND TALK WITH OWNERS, RAY DID GET THE BID IN ON FRIDAY IT'S UP TO OWNERS, I WILL MEET WITH THEM ON MONDAY 8/26/02 TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN THEY TALKED ABOUT VACATING THE UNITS AND DO DEMOLITION OF THE UNIT. WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT OWNER MIGHT NOT MAKE REPAIRS AND VACATE THE UNIT I CALL RESIDENT TO APPRISE HER THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE TO MOVE SO SHE IS AWARE OF THE SITUTATION I CALLED HER ON FRIDAY 8/23/02.
