FOUND A CORD FROM GFCI OUTLET ON MAIN EXTERIOR PANEL AT UNIT #2 GOING TO UNIT #1 AND BEING USED FOR CUTTING PURPOSE WITH A SKILL SAW. THE WORKER STATED THAT WORK WILL BE DONE IN A COUPLE HOURS AND WAS OHNLY TO REPAIR CABINETS. TENANTS WILL BE MOVING IN AS SOON AS INSPECTION OF HOUSE IS COMPLETED. ONWER DID CALL. INVALID COMPLAINT.
