COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT 1 RAIL ON SECURITY SCREEN DOOR, LOOSE AND DEAD BOLT NOT TURNING ALL THE WAY ON ENTRY DOOR. POINTED OUT THAT HOLE IN CASING WAS NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY AND COULD BE REPAIRED WITHOUT MAINTENANCE MAN AND NO JURISDICTION ON SCREEN DOOR BECAUSE ENTRY DOOR COULD BE SECURED. DID INFORM HIM I COULD TALK WITH ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND REQUEST PROPER INSTALLATION OF RAIL. SPOKE WITH TENANT AWHILE ABOUT WHAT WE INFORCE AFTER CONVERSATION HE ASKED FOR ME NOT TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER. TENANT STATED INSIDE OF APT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND SHOWS IT'S BEING TAKEN CARE OF.
