THIS COMPLETES THE REPAIRS IN THIS APARTMENT. CLOSE CASE.

01/07/2000 01/07/00 CONTACTED BY PHONE: SPOKE WITH MIKE ADAMS,OWNER, AND HE SAID HE WAS UNAWARE OF PROBLEMS AT TENANTS APARTMENT. HE STATED THAT HE HAS HAD WORKMAN AT THE APARTMENT RECENTLY AND TENANT DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE FURNACE, AND THAT THE HOT WATER PROBLEM WAS FIXED. HOT WATER WAS NOT FIXED AT INSPECTION AND FURNACE WAS INOP. TOLD OWNER ABOUT THE THREE PRONG OUTLETS ON THE TWO WIRE SYSTEM. TOLD HIM THAT THE OUTLETS HAD TO BE RETURNED TO TWO PRONG OUTLETS OR THAT THE THIRD HOLE IN THE THREE PRONG OUTLETS HAS TO BE APOXIED FOR NO FUTURE USE.
