Available aerials show in May of 2024 there was no shed at the northwest corner. There is what appears to be a chimney that has been constructed on the property after May 2024. There is a 6ft masonry wall that has been erected to serve as a perimeter wall at the back yard. The last approved site plan, T19CM00975, reflects a 5ft high fence. These structures have been constructed without applicable permits or zoning approvals.
