DUMP: Caller states that they own a lot at the listed address and says that the next door neighbors have been dumping their garbage into the property and have been doing for sometime now. Caller says she has paid in the past to have the garbage removed and would like for this to stop. Caller would like to know if code enforcement can speak to the individuals and advise them that they cannot be dumping garbage onto the property. Caller says that she is okay with a call back from code enforcement.
