12/26/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation All pavement has been removed from the property leaving it a dirt lot. There is an uneven pedestrian walkway with an approximately 4 inches grade level difference. There is a new A.B.S. plumbing clean out near the main entrance of the building. According to past available street view imagery this clean out was nonexistent in March 2025. There is evidence of trenching in line with the clean out going towards the street. There is no current business advertisement at the building front indicate a new business is operating within the building. No human or animal waste was found at the property.
