Management has hired a landscape company that is actively removing all green waste and is trimming overgrown vegetation. The property has no trespassing signs posted. Management will engage with Tucson Police for a crime prevention through environmental design evaluation to prevent trespassers. Management will also file an electronic trespass letter to give Police consent to arrest trespassers. Case will be closed; management doesn’t give any consent for anyone to occupy the property. They will also take preventive measures from utility theft by isolating valves or breakers.
