Had doors re-boarded and chain locked all 4 gates on property. Police had been called by a neighbor and both police and board up contractor banged on all doors and windows to ensure it was completely vacated. Neighbor arrived on property and stated multiple vehicles do not belong to owner and he will have them removed. He will also get refuse and debris from homeless cleaned up as well as overgrown vegetation. Owner is currently out of the country, neighbor has permission from owner to clean up property as needed. No water, no power. TEP cut at pole, obtain CC to reconnect. |
