12/14/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with TFD, Southwest Gas, and responsible party. TFD reported TEP was there and did not remove the meter, they turned off the breaker on the sub-panel to the Guest House in the rear. There was a fire to the guest house dwelling in the rear of the property. The guest house suffered excessive fire damages. Main building/house was not damaged from fire. Power, and water were isolated and turned off to the guest house. Southwest Gas stated there was no gas connected to the guest house and check main dwelling for gas leaks and cleared gas to be left on for main house. Responsible party signed form and secured gates in the rear fencing and agreed to keep power off until restoration and proper permits obtained. Condemnation/Keep Vacant to only the Guest House in the rear.
12/19/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Structure at the rear of the property has severe fire damage to the roof assembly and the interior of the structure. According to records the guest house at the rear was constructed in 1948 and had utilities. This fire damage structure is in need of rehabilitation or demolished with applicable permits.
