12/17/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR MORALES. THE ONE VISIBLE LIGHT APPEARS TO BE POINTING DOWN. THE OTHER LIGHTS ARE ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. ONE SMALL SOLAR POWERED LIGHT THAT POINTS DOWN AND ON AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE, LIGHT AT THE DOOR. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A "COMMERCIAL VENTURE" WHILE WE WERE ON SITE. BASED OFF OF LIGHT PHOTOS FROM REPORTER IN THE MOBILE HOME PARK WILL SEND A NOTICE CONCERNING THE LIGHTS.
