Full grown pit in back yard. Cat in house is in a cage. TPD to contact PAC. Entire house smells of feces and trash.... Owner is not responding to TPD. Shutting down rental unit and having Arcadia board up and secure rental unit. House posted. ( I was able to contact the owner. He is currently out of town and will be back in town on Monday or Tuesday) Informed owner City will be securing the house and posting the property. 01/08/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Female occupant who was living inside the rental unit requested we re-open the structure back up for her. Explained to the woman the owner has taken possesion of the property. She will need to work with the owner of the property to gain access if she needs to retrieve anything else from the property.
