12/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 243 PM - On site with Inspector Bigman. Entered apartment and tenant states management did resolve the issue with sewage backing up. Holes into drywall at the kitchen soffit and wall where apparent repairs were made. Did not appear that the pipe was replaced but instead cut and snaked at this point. Flushed toilet and ran sinks in bathroom and kitchen and all are draining. Spoke with property manager on site and advsd needs to make repairs to drywall in a workman like manner. -VM
01/15/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 123 PM - Property manager texted pictures of kitchen, drywall has been repainted and work is completed in a workman like manner. Violation abated, close case. -VM
