12/27/2024	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	Found on site metal siding with parapets around structure. Researched PRO and did not find permits for work done. From Goggle street view I found construction being done in 2018. In comparing GIS photos I found changes in structure appearances. I did not find evidence of other work done to structure. There is a new AC on the outside.
02/26/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Followup only - no site visit. Architect has been in communication, however nothing has been applied for. I have conducted a review of this and determined the following require permits, and it would appear a full set of plans is going to be required: - Floor plan changes - New electrical panel - Door on south end of structure removed - Windows removed east wall of structure - Skylight removed and filled in with roof near front door - Possible support beams removed interior of structure, unclear if they were supports or decorative - New parapets, exterior walls may have been reconstructed - New front porch - Mini split AC systems installed
