Did verify the following violations: 1. Sliding door off bedroom does not open properly. 2. Screen damaged/weathered at this sliding door, needs replaced. 3. Drywall needs paint by living room sliding door at base, drywall was patched and not painted. 4. Door sweep at front door damaged, needs replaced. Advised property manager 30 days for repairs. -VM
