Owner stated he did not know what I was talking about. He did not have any spot lights on his house. Suggested it was the man at 2750 who has been fighting with the neighbors at 2720 and pretty much everyone in the cul-de-sac. Walked the cul-de-sac and did not see any spot lights at the front end of any of the properties. Management advised I contact the person who complained about the issue. Contacted the person who complained. He stated the owners pointed the light down and there was no need to pursue the complaint. They basically wanted the light pointing down and not directly at their house. |
