| 12/04/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | 1003 pm - Fire occurred in the kitchen, on a gas flat top stove. The fire was limited to the stove and did not cause any damage to ceiling or any other parts of the structure. TFD turned off gas to the stove at the shut off valve. There was no smell of smoke at the time of inspection as it has been aired out through the hood vent prior to arrival. The fire sprinkler system did not activate. Checked three breaker panels serving this immediate area and no breakers were tripped. There is no action to be taken by building safety at this time and will close case. -VM |
