There is a large storage container without permit obstructing the right of way north of the property.
01/29/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Appliances abutting the property easement have been removed at this time. Unit 4 structure is in the process of demolishing, structure is dilapidated, completely torn and unsafe to its environment, roll-off obstructing the street along W Alturas St. There is no permit at this time to demolish structure Unit 4. Moving to Citation, permits required and structure is constituting a nuisance. Tried to communicate with property management, stated they were too busy.
