| 12/19/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into a house. Arrived and the units were still on site and a car from the street hit the Northeast side of the house by the front porch. The exterior wall is Adobe and made a hole approx. 3' x 3' on the exterior and into the interior of the house in the living room area. The electrical and the gas was left on due to no damage to the interior of the house past the small hole. There is no damage to the electrical outlets or wiring on the interior of the house and all is working. Not able to see any cracking in the stucco on the exterior and the interior of the plastering. There is a crack on the top of the window and that was existing stated by the tenant that is by the impacted area. The electrical panel was above the damaged area and is secured and has not damage. The person who owns the vehicle is sending someone to have the vehicle towed and the tenant will be securing the area. The tenant signed the paperwork and will be giving the owner the copies of the paperwork tomorrow. The tenant will remain in the house. The wooden floor is not damage but has dirt and plaster on top of the wood finished flooring. RV. | |
