| 12/18/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into mobile home. Arrived and the units were still on site and a vehicle hit a parked car in the street and that vehicle went into the mobile home. The mobile home was pushed about a 1'-6" over from where placed. All the utilities are connected and working at this time. The water line has been bent and leaning over and moved in the ground area. The mobile home is stable at this time and will need to be checked once moved back into place. No broken windows or holes in the siding on the mobile home. The mobile home is a rental and gave the paperwork to the tenant and showed her the water line and will need to get check soon. The vehicle was removed and the tenant can remain in the mobile home. Did have 2-mini split systems and not able to find permits for the install. The tenant will let the owner know to check on the permit for the mini split systems and re-setting the mobile home and that will be to check the utilities to the mobile home. The owner is aware of the incident on the property and will check at day light time on the damage. RV. | |
| 12/19/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | The tenant is staying in the mobile home and the owner is working on getting the mobile home re-set and working with the insurance company. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
