02/05/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site at property. Pool seems fine, it is blue and at the time of inspection pool maintaince person was cleaning it up. No verify on staircases, they passed from nothing being to obvious and in serious need of repair. Staircases on the west side of the property next to the office, the rail on the right, top level was loose, spoke to property manager and stated he will fix it by the end of the day. Will close case and soon as this staircase rail is fixed. 2:50 PM - property manager has let me know the rail is fixed.
