There is a massive accumulation of trash, refuse and debris on front of property fence, property curb obstructing the sidewalk along the Corona Rd and some of is interfering with the street. Their chain-link fence is dilapidated and unsecured as well. Sent notice of violation.
01/24/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. There is no longer an accumulation of trash and debris on curbside of property. Violation abated. Case closed.
