12/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office notified that people are calling that people are staying on the property. Did go to the site with T.P.D. and 2-people were removed from the house. Has a pick up truck and SUV being parked on the property. They are stripping wire on the property by the shed. The boards have been removed from the doors and some of the windows. Was able to find the plywood and called the supervisor Laurie Pumphery and was given permission to call to have re-secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property and all the openings were re-secured. Did take pictures for the vehicles to cite to have removed. All the posting have been removed of Do Not Enter and have been re-posted through out the property. Did the posting N.O.V. to Vacated on the front door and was not able to locate the owner at this time. The female was arrested due to felony charge and taken to jail for booking. The male was cited and released on site. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the gates re-secured and replace one panel due to damaged. The locks have been replaced due to they have changed some locks.
