12/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site at property. There is an accumulation of trash and debris north east of property curb. Brush and Bulky is scheduled for January 15th. Although in violation and B&B trash pick-up is only allowed two (2) weeks prior, however, by the time of sent notice of violation B&B would already passed by. Case closed.
