12/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed 1018 AM - Did call and speak to tenant. He states he does have hot water at times due to a temporary fix and was made aware by management that they are in the process of making permanent repairs to the entire system for the building. Advised would be closing case at this time due to this and since management is taking steps to resolve the issue but to contact back the office if still having issues by the end of January. -VM
