12/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Electrical service pulled off the side of building by semi truck crossing underneath electrical cable. Turned off water to church. Post building. Service is located on vacated building. Only building with electrical power is the church where water was shut off at. Issued Notice to vacate and permits required. Inquired if church could secure the area around the electrical disconnect service area. Concerned about copper wiring being removed. Pastor stated they were not able to secure the area and authorized the city to fence in the area.
