01/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site and met with the electrician and the tenant. Has a instahot water heater and not able to keep up with hot water on the demand when requested. Can use on bathroom at a time to shower but runs out when using the other shower. The tenant has been calling the management since the 1st of December and nothing has been done. Did call the owner with no response. Did call the management and they are checking on when the water heater is going to be replaced. They are placing a electric water heater and removing the instahot from the wall. They will call back when they know more on the water heater being changed. Will call tomorrow. RV.
08/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The water heater was replaced and all is working and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
