12/21/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that T.F.D. on site with a car into a house. Arrived and T.F.D. and T.P.D. on site and removed the owner from the vehicle. The car hit the west side of the house storage room of masonry block and that has all been damaged in that room. The room will be a total lost. A freezer has been pushed into a wood frame wall that goes into the kitchen area with a door and that has been pushed in with some broken or loose studs. The electrical for the dryer, washer machine and the light switches were hanging from the ceiling. The plumbing has been snapped at the floor level where the washer machine was located. The water heater was in the room and has been pushed into the wall and not able to see damage. The water has been turned off at the meter to prevent the water lines from freezing in the house due to will be lacking heat. The electrical and the gas have been removed at the meters due to damage and will require re-connect permits to be turned back on. The owner was placed by the Redcross for tonight and will be talk to in the morning to be placed at the VA. The owner signed the paperwork and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window by the door. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the area secured. The kitchen area is being blocked at the door from the living room to prevent entry into the kitchen. The other rooms have no damage and the owner may be able to stay in the house once the room has been removed. Took pictures. RV.
12/22/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
