| 03/06/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | 250 PM - Approximately 11 foot by 17 foot carport structure on the far south property line in the grounds of Unit 24. The carport is in a structurally sound condition and there is no apparent damage or deterioration. Carport appears to be present in the same location in the 2006 aerial view. There is nothing to suggest this is a newly installed carport. Found no newly installed lighting fixtures at this trailer. There are decorative string lights on this trailer. They are not plugged in or turned on at this time. Spoke to the occupant on site. Both items will require additional research. -VM | |
| 03/13/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Followup - No site visit or customer contact. Research indicates the carport structure is very likely to be the same structure depicted in the 2006 and all later aerial views. Additionally, there is no evidence to suggest the existing carport structure is different than what is pictured in the aerial view from May 2020. Per letters from Zoning Administrator dated December 23, 2020, and February 29, 2016, the property contained no active zoning violations and was constructed in compliance with the zoning regulations in effect prior to 1961. At this time, there is no evidence to suggest the above referenced carport is in violation. String lighting is allowed per the Outdoor Lighting Code with certain restrictions. On site inspection and conversations with the occupant do not bring to light any violations regarding the use of the string lights. Based upon these factors, this case will be closed. -VM |
