Both have absolutely no trash or debris in the enclosures or surrounding the dumpsters. Also checked rights of way along Sparkman Blvd, Blacklidge Drive, and Edith Boulevard - all are free of any trash or debris. Entryways to complex are all well-maintained free of any weeds, litter, trash or debris. Unable to verify, will close case. -VM
