01/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed VISITED SITE, FOUND A NEW CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLED ACROSS THE SHORT FRONT YARD AREAWITH A NO TRESPASSING SIGN. FOUND A UPGRADED SERVICE PANEL ON THE FRONT WALL COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT. FRONT YARD AREA WAS FREE OF GRASS, WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS. I MET WITH A WORKER WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE OWNER IS IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A LOAN TO MAKE REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURE. HE HAS REMOVED A SIZABLE AMOUNT OF ITEMS FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE, THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THE REAR COVERED PORCH , SOME FURNITURE REMAINS INSIDE BUT HAVE BEEN COVERED. . I DID FIND A SMALL R/V ON THE SOUTH SIDE YARD AREA. IT HAS A HASP ON THE DOOR TO KEEP PEOPLE OUT AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY ON 1/20/ 23. (VERY CLEAN INSIDE) THERE IS ALSO A SMALL TRAVEL TRAILER IN THE REAR YARD ALSO LOCKED AND VERY CLEAN INSIDE. TIRES ARE AIRED UP. HOUSE IS PRESENTLY VACANT BUT CLEAN UP AND REMOVAL OF THE DETERIORATING PLASTER CEILING ARE IN PROGRESS. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH WHAT IS BEING DONE, AND THERE ARE NO PEOPLE LIVING IN THE TRAILERS. NO VIOLATIONS. NOV NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
