12/17/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation After inspection found that fire started in kitchen with gas stove, did see that electrical wire was possibly shored, also did find that unit had other violations, no smoke detectors in living quarters, electrical outlets and fixtures missing though-out, ceiling and roof leaks, damage back door, water heater not enclosed and not working properly, will be issuing notice. ( spoke to owner advised of all violations and will give him time with most of them, will only let tenant occupy home if maintenance person repairs damaged wire and check electrical outlets and installs electrical outlets covers and smoke detectors in living quarters.
