12/17/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant house and unsecured. Arrived and the units were still on site. The house has been cleared with removing 10-people from the house. The house has been vacant for some time. The main electrical panel has been tampered with added extension cords to breakers and double lugging. The breakers were turned off and T.E.P. will be cutting the wires at the pole. T.P.D. call Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the house. 2-3' doors and 1-3' x 4' DH window. Doors were also screwed shut. The property needs to be cleaned. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter with the paperwork on the front door. The wood fence panels are laying on the ground. Will let area inspector have property cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
