The water and gas have been removed due to lacking payment. The exterior of the house has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris, storage and mostly in the rear of the west side of the house. Has trash containers not from this property but from other properties. The house has broken panes on the casement windows through out. The rear doors on the security door and the entry door have no locks. Have been to the property before. The interior has light fixtures that are lacking or not mounted properly. Switches and outlets are being worked on or being moved. The windows are being blocked from the interior by something placed in front of the windows or storage. Some windows are not able to open due to has screws in the frame. There are some exposed wiring and not capped. Have been to this property for same issues and has been boarded up before several times. The electrical will be removed at the meter and the house will be boarded up. Did have a cat inside the house and that was removed by the owners son. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and side window. Will be calling Arcaiden Industries to have all the openings boarded up to secure the house. The son of the owner came to the site and signed the paperwork. Did go over on the house may be placed on the VANS list for demo due to the activity being done on the property. There was nothing in the house where able to sleep in the house. Did have couches in the living room area and a table in the kitchen area. Had a gas stove and has no gas to the property. The case will be closed and referred to the area inspector for the cleaning of the property. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
