12/13/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire next door and the sprinkler head went off and flooded the unit. This unit has ceramic tile and the water came through the wall and was puddling on the tile. The owner of the business was called and came to the site to have the unit cleaned. There is no fire damage to the unit and did have some smoke in the unit. The front door was damaged and was not able to lock the door due to the frame was damaged and the lock was broken to enter the unit. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site and installed a hasp with a city lock. The tenant signed the paperwork and left the site. The tenant will be able to remain opened and the sprinkler head will be replaced and the system will be back on line. The property manager will call when back on line. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
