12/08/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Called to the property to check if anyone on site. Arrived and the house was secured. Did have 2-arrest this morning due to 2-males were in the rear and T.P.D. was on site checking. They were taken to jail for booking. Did open the rear gate to enter the rear yard due to was being told that a tent was in the rear yard. Did not find anyone but will be getting approval to have fence panels placed to prevent entry. Will be standing the fence panels and placed at a angle. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the panels installed. The electrical was cut at the pole and the gas meter was removed from the property. T.P.D. was on site and the vehicle was removed for safe keeping and did make a note on being on the property yesterday and removed items from the vehicle indicating that someone is staying in the vehicle. Did place Do Not Enter in the carport area and the rear of the house on a window and the rear gate. The posting of N.O.V. to Vacate was still posted on the front of the house by the front door. Will need re-connect permits for the gas and the electrical to be turned back on. Did remove a 90 from the front of the property that was being used to jump the fence. The 90 was taken to 10th Ave. and 22nd St. Was on site with inspector Morales, inspector Tidwell and inspector Aaron. T.P.D. was on site until completed on the securing of the property. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV..
