12/06/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The electrical contractor called and wanted the panel opened and did advised that the lock is from T.E.P. and will need to call them. Did go over the permit and on what will be done. The contractor was asking if replacing can be done and advised that as long as it is approved of the changes done to get the electrical back on. Did ask on the gutter on the the bottom and that will be replaced. The contractor will be calling T.E.P. and will be getting the permit. RV.
12/05/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were cleared and found T.E.P. on site. Did have water leaking from the roof onto a 3-phase disconnect and onto the CT meter panel. The electrical was removed by T.E.P. and a lock was placed on the handle to keep off until replaced or repaired. There was no damage to the building but has no electrical at this time to the building. No one was on site and did the posting of the paperwork of permits required and N.O.V. to Vacate on the front door. The building is used for training and marked as Cross Fit. RV.
