12/08/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Visited site, did find animal waste (5 gallon bucket) next to the neighbors fence, I contacted the owner and left a message concerning the can being next to the neighbors fence and asked if he could move that away from the fence. I later received a call from the owner who stated the can was moved from the east side of the house to the west side and all waste picked up as well. A NOV was not required.
