There is an excessive accumulation of household items, trash and miscellaneous items throughout the interior of the property. Pathways were obstructed creating inadequate egress and preventing safe movement through the home. Items were stacked in piles. Multiple extension cords were found running under piles of debris and overloaded. Electrical outlets were obstructed by various items. There is limited access to kitchen and sanitation facilities due to the volume of stored items. PACC has was unable to locate any cats inside the structure. PACC will return at a later date. City contractor secured property. TEP removed service at meter. Permits may be required. | |
