01/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site with tenant, maintenance and manager on the phone. The smoke detector was installed in the unit. The leak in question was from the upstairs unit and has been repaired. Tenant will contact management so they can have maintenance go in and repair the ceiling above the shower.
